You will experience a great holiday in this beautiful apartment with stunning views!"The apartment has one master bedroom with 2 large built-in cupboards, a very good bed, beautiful decoration and a private bathroom with a large shower, toilet and 2 sinks.  The guest room has 2 single beds (which can be put together on request and can be fitted with one large duvet).  Next to the guest room is a 2nd bathroom with a comfortable shower, one sink and a toilet.On the large terrace of 50m², you can relax all year round from morning! There is a cozy dining area as well as a nice lounge corner and 2 sunbeds.You stay on the 1st floor with only a penthouse above you, given the smart architecture there is virtually no view of the terrace.  You overlook the golf course called Calanova as well as one of the swimming pools located within the complex.  Since there are several swimming pools and also due to the proximity of the beach, there is always a place available.You can also relax in the large garden with its beautiful collection of trees, plants, flowers and water features.

Facilities that you can use for free – subject to reservation – are the fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi.  The rent always includes towels, luxury duvets and fine bed linen.  The apartment also has its own parking space in the building.

On the sunny terrace of 75 m².  which is partly covered, you have a magnificent view of the Calanova Golf Course, the Mediterranean Sea and the Mijas Mountains.  There is a lounge set, 2 sunbeds and a large table with chairs.  On the terrace you have the sun from morning until around 4 pm.The large size of the terrace is perfect for enjoying the outdoors and taking in the breathtaking sea, mountain and golf views in the warmest region of Spain.
