Set within the gated community of Monte Mayor, Benahavís, this south-facing plot of 2,188 m² enjoys an elevated position overlooking a remarkable natural landscape of protected valleys, rolling hills and the Mediterranean Sea.

Surrounded by nature and some of the area's most distinctive contemporary residences, the plot offers the opportunity to create a bespoke home in one of the Costa del Sol's most private and low-density residential settings.  Its orientation and position maximise natural light throughout the day while capturing far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside towards the coastline.

Monte Mayor is renowned for its peaceful environment, scenic beauty and sense of space, while remaining within easy reach of Marbella, Puerto Banús, golf courses, beaches, international schools and everyday amenities.  Located within the municipality of Benahavís, the area is also recognised for comparatively efficient building licence procedures, an important consideration for buyers planning a new residential project.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a privileged homesite within a gated natural enclave where privacy, views and long-term value come together.

An additional neighbouring plot is also available for purchase, offering the possibility to expand the estate or secure greater privacy within the immediate surroundings.
