This apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy the leisure that the Costa del Sol offers, such as its many golf courses.  Very close to the house there are golf courses such as Los Naranjos Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Club de Golf Aloha or Real Club de Golf Guadalmina.

In its surroundings there are some of the most sought-after restaurants in Marbella and Puerto Banús, including Mosh Fun Kitchen, Vôvem, Bao Garden, La Sala or Breathe.

If what you like are walks, watching the sunset and sunbathing, very close to our home are the beaches of Cortijo Blanco, Nueva Andalucía beach, Puerto Banús beach, San Pedro de Alcántara beach and Guadalmina beach.

This cozy and modern apartment with partial views of the sea and the mountains is distributed on one floor and consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage.

The living room is decorated in a classic and minimalist way, with a three-seater sofa, a futon, and a smart TV with the possibility of putting on your payment platforms such as Prime, Netflix or Movistar, among others.  In the dining area there is a wooden table with space for 4 people, perfect for family breakfasts, with friends as a couple.

The kitchen with a perfect touch of elegance and sobriety is equipped with the best appliances and great detail, in it you can find an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.  It has also been provided with all kinds of household items necessary for day to day, such as crockery, cutlery and glassware.  Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and drying rack.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is a fresh space that exudes peace and tranquility.  It has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.  The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has been equipped with a trundle bed so there is space for two people, in addition, there is a perfect desk for those digital nomads of today.

With direct access from the living room is the large terrace with views of the sea and the mountains, where you can enjoy days of tanning on the lounger that is on it, and if what you want is to have an evening with the Costa del Sol breeze, it has provided for a table for 4 people.

Throughout the house there is free Wi-Fi for all rooms, air conditioning, heating, bed linen and bath towels.  For a small fee you can be provided with beach towels.
