The price of this property varies depending on a season in a year.  It can be rented only in the winter months from October to March at this price, and in the summer months the price is per night (check summer prices - from April to the end of September with us).

Renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with a private terrace and garden.  Upon entering is the entrance hall, the fully renovated kitchen is on the right, with all new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc.  In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a separate machine that is a clothes dryer.  There are two exterior bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.  There is hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house.  The master bedroom leads directly to the terrace and garden and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.  There is another full bathroom with a shower.

The beds and mattresses are new, the bedding is all new.  The sofa in the living room is a comfortable sofa bed.  In the dining room there is a round table and chairs.  There is TV with international programs, there is unlimited WIFI.  On the terrace there is a wooden table with chairs and a chill out area with outdoor furniture.

From the garden part you can go directly through the private gate to the large community garden and pool.

In the gated community, with cameras, there are 2 swimming pools (large and small) and a paddle tennis court.

With the apartment comes a private underground parking (there is a lift) in the community garage.

The urbanization is located in the middle part of Riviera del Sol, with easy and quick access to several supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, gym, paddle tennis courts, tennis, hairdresser, beauty salon, banks, beach etc.  all 3 min by car.
