This fantastic house of 90 m² and very bright has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern style.

It is located in the magnificent Costabella Urbanization, which is recognized for its fantastic beaches a few meters from the complex, beach bars and beach clubs.  In addition, in less than 7 minutes by car you are in Marbella center and 40 minutes from Malaga airport.

The house is distributed over two floors and consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace.

In the living room with direct access to the terrace you can enjoy a living area where you can relax and spend the best days with family or friends and for this purpose a sofa has been provided.  armchairs and a huge smart TV, and for greater comfort, the blinds are electric.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, and has all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, glassware and cutlery.  From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board.

The 2 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, hot/cold air conditioning and balconies with access to the garden that surrounds the house.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, bath towels and bed linen are provided.

The terrace with a relaxing garden is equipped with an outdoor table to enjoy breakfast in the open air and loungers where you can enjoy the sun.

The property has Wi-Fi installation with fiber optics.

On the upper floor is the solarium where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the peace of the surroundings, as well as having a large space for lunches and dinners in pleasant company.
