Well-equipped semi-detached holiday villa in Alhaurin Golf.

It sleeps up to 7 persons, has internet / wifi & full air-conditioning and large areas of sunny and shaded terracing from which you can enjoy the fabulous views in all directions, and especially across to the hills and setting sun in the West.  

From the street you enter the house via stairs.  

Ground floor lay out is as follows: You enter via a hallway into a large dining /sitting room with lovely views across to the hills, smart TV with access to UK & Spanish TV & radio stations & internet, DVD player.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, and there is also a downstairs toilet.   Via the kitchen you also can enter the garden.

Upstairs: three twin bedrooms and family bath/shower room.  Two bedrooms have stunning views, one with balcony and the master has an en-suite bath/shower room.  

Local guides, maps, sightseeing etc: There is detailed villa guide together with local sightseeing suggestions to all guests, together with route instructions to enable you to find our villa easily from Malaga airport, and our Spanish- and English-speaking local agent will be delighted to meet you on arrival and show you round.  Lots of local maps and guide books are provided.

Transport: A car is strongly recommended, but we can also recommend reliable taxi services to and from the airport and locally while you are enjoying all the facilities at Alhaurin Golf and our villa.

Golf: Casa Bruja is absolutely the perfect location for a golf-based vacation.  The villa is directly opposite the 12th tee of the prestigious and challenging main 18 hole course at Alhaurin Golf which was designed by Seve Ballesteros, and there are two other courses on site.  There are at least 40 other courses within a 40km radius of the villa; for further details, please see the website for Alhaurin Golf.

A secure gate with stairs leads to the higher up area in which the pool lies.  It is a private pool (8M x 4M, with 1.4-1.8M depth) It has its own toilet, shower room and gas barbecue, and attractive lighting to entice you to enjoy an evening swimm.

The pool is open from 15 April - 31 October.Pool heating is INCLUDED in the rental charge except during July & August when it's not required.

Prices:

There's a 28.57% discount for stays of 7-27 days and 40% discount for stays >28 days (but guests have to pay for electricity if staying more than 21 days – see attached contract).
