There is nothing better than entering a home and having a feeling of comfort, harmony, calm and fresh air.  These are the sensations that our penthouse in Las Arenas gives off.

The spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, its two comfortable sofas, its dining table for six people, the smart TV connected to fiber optic internet and its great luminosity make the room breathe comfort.

The modern, open-plan kitchen, with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware such as a Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and glassware, among others, transmits harmony to the home, due to its subtle way of integrating itself and its white and wood colours.

The three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite with a king size bed and the third with two single beds, have beautiful views of the sea, and all of this transmits calm, as the sound of the sea sneak into the rooms.

The terraces are the ones that give fresh air to the house, since one of them is connected to the house by a sliding door that disappears at the edges when it is opened and the second one has direct views of the sea, which brings its breeze.

For a comfortable stay, the house has hot/cold air conditioning and bed linen and bath towels are provided throughout your stay.  For a modest price you can have beach towels.

This wonderful penthouse is located in a beachfront community, which has been equipped with 2 community pools, tropical gardens, green areas and 24-hour security.  It is very close to golf courses such as Santa Clara or Río Real, restaurants and beach bars; and only 5 minutes by car from the center of Marbella and the old town and 12 minutes from Puerto Banús.
