The apartment is distributed on one floor with 180 m², facing south, with a private 2.5x7m saltwater pool with a countercurrent system and a fenced garden.
The master bedroom is en suite and has been furnished with a 180x200 Boxspring double bed, it also has a dressing room with a safe; the bathroom has a rain shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and double sink.
The second bedroom has a 180x200 bed that can be pushed together or separated (90x200 each).
The 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and all have a 180x200 double bed.
Additionally, it benefits from an office room with 2 workstations and a large sofa bed with 2 additional sleeping places if necessary.
The whole house has hot and cold air conditioning and 600 mb fiber optics. We provide bed linen and bath towels for all our clients, and for a small extra price we have beach towels.
For your security and comfort, a smart lock has been installed on the front door.
From the terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea having a cup of tea and resting in the chill out area and from the dining area with the outdoor table and chairs to give great dinners to your family and friends.
And finally, the garden with hammocks where you can soak up the Malaga sun for more than 320 days a year.
The urbanization has two swimming pools, a tennis court and beautiful mature gardens. The urbanization is totally closed and has surveillance cameras.
