Wonderful ground floor apartment in La Gavia which is located 1 street back from the paseo and beach of San Pedro Alcantara.  You can also walk easily into the town of San Pedro Alcantara where you can find all of the shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and amenities that you require.  The beach of San Pedro Alcantara is adorned with many restaurants and bars and beach clubs.  You can walk along the paseo into Puerto Banus in under 20 minutes, there is also a good cycle route, as there is throughout the local town.  You can hire bikes locally and we can help and advise you with this.  

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is South facing.  The terrace is accessed off of the living room and is covered and leads out onto a grassed area.  The living room is open plan with a dining table to one end.  There is a guest toilet.  There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine in the utility room.  There is air conditioning throughout the property.  The master bedroom has access to the covered terrace and has a nice en suite bathroom with bath and shower over with double sinks.  The guest bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.  

There is an underground parking space and a lift that brings you up to the level of the apartment.  There is also ample parking on the street.

The community is secure and gated with security.  There is a main swimming pool surrounded by grass and there is also a childs swimming pool.
