This property is located within a gated complex with acess via stairs or ramp, with own private parking space and community swimming pool and gardens to enjoy.  

As you enter you have to the left the fully fitted kitchen and outside utility area.  Straight ahead a nice bright living/ dining room, the sofa being a comfy pull-out double bed.  From here you have access to the large terrace which is partially covered.  On the terrace you have a sunny seating area and additional al fresco dining to enjoy.  There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles.  They both have fitted wardobes and the main bedroom has an en-suite with a bath / shower.  The second bathroom has a shower.  The apartment has been fitted with contemporary new furniture.  A lovely quiet urbanization to enjoy your holidays.  The swimming pool is open from April until October.  

Low season 550euros per week (up to 4 people) 10euros per person per night surcharge from 4 people (max 6),

High season 600euros per week (up to 4 people) 12euros per person per night surcharge from 4 people (max 6),

Cleaning costs in addition aswell as 300euros deposit to be left at our office on arrival and returned if everything is satisfactory.

No pets, smoking or children under 10.  

There is a bus stop 100 mtrs from the urbanization where you can go to Mijas and Alhaurin el Grande.  You can walk to the golf course and clubhouse where they often have entertainment.  You are only 5 minutes from Alhaurin town centre, 20 minutes from La Cala beach and 25 minutes to Malaga airport.
