Calahonda is situated only a 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the beautiful coast.

The La Cartuja complex is a secure gated small community with a beautiful swimming pool and child friendly shallow pool.  The community also offers a communal BBQ area and shaded seated gazebo area.  The pool is open 9am to 10 pm from 1st April to the 31st October.

The apartment is well furnished and equipped with air conditioning & heating throughout and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Internet TV and Fibre optic WIFI is provided free of charge.

No dogs or cats will be permitted due to the owners allergies.

A superb apartment - ideal for both summer and winter breaks.

Please not this apartment is situated on the first floor and there are no lifts in this complex.
