Villa Mijas Playa is a stunning and luxurious private villa, 150 meters from the beach.  Villa Mijas Playa has capacity for 12 people.  It is located between the city of Fuengirola and the town of La Cala de Mijas on Spain's Costa del Sol in the beautiful residential area Urb.  El Chaparral.  This two-storey villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living/dining rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, garden/terrace and private pool.

This truly amazing villa has been completely renovated in 2021.

On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom (2 p), with a private bathroom and a family room (4 p) with a private lounge and 1 bathroom.  In addition, the ground floor has a large living room area where you can have breakfast or simply sit and relax.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each) with en-suite bathrooms.  And 1 bedroom (2p) with a separate bathroom right in front of the bedroom.  The spacious fully equipped kitchen is also located on the first floor and features an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  On the first floor there is also a living room.
