This well presented air conditioned apartment is located next to Playa del Cristo and has direct access to the beach from the community swimming pool.  Inside you'll find a spacious lounge/dining area with international TV including Sky, a high speed fiber optic internet connection and comfortable seating for four guests.  It leads to the good sized balcony with its side views to the Mediterranean Sea.  The apartment provides two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and one bathroom; The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds.  The spacious marble bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, lavatory, double hand basin and bidet.  The fully equipped kitchen; with oven, hob and dishwasher also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine.  A private parking space for a medium/small car is available in the underground residential garage.  In the community areas you have the wonderful south facing communal pool with its views over the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar and a communal ping pong table for your use.  On Playa del Cristo you'll find two beach bars with sun loungers and parasols for hire where food and drinks are served all day, whether you hire the sunbeds or not.  Nearby you have Estepona marina, with its busy bars, restaurants and cafes, which is also home to a Sunday market.  There are two supermarkets just a short walk from the property.  Old town with its traditional tapas bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, is along the seafront and is about a 25 minute walk from the property.  All in all, a lovely property for your holiday.

Edificio El Coral is one of the most prestigious in the Estepona area.  Built adjacent to Playa Cristo, one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast, just to the west of the port area.  There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself.  There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight.  Renaldo's is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily.  There is a huge selection of restaurants and a pleasurable 30 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst the now pedestrianised pretty lined streets with colourful geraniums and flowerpots everywhere you look.  Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range.  Originally, Estepona's income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel.  The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes' drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia.  Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves.  Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads.  Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
