The villa can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms (180 cm double beds) and 4 bathrooms (2 showers and 2 baths).   Upstairs, the parental suite has a large terrace.  All bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.  Central heating in winter.  In the basement you will find a playing room / home cinema, table tennis, badminton, darts, basketball, cards...

Located at the end of a dead-end street, you will appreciate the calm of the tropical garden while being 3 min walk from all the useful shops (mini-market, restaurants, French bakery, pharmacy, bank…

The garden and the terrace face south.  In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool and sunbath in complete privacy.  Perhaps will you have the chance to taste the lemons, tangerines, figs, or mangoes that grow on our fruit trees.

Meals can be taken under the shaded pergola with a view on the lush vegetation.

In winter, you can spend your evenings in the living room enjoying the open fire.
