Welcome to our spectacular holiday rental apartment in the Mesas Home Urbanization, in Estepona, Malaga.  

It is an exclusive property whose incredible sea views, as well as its common areas: from its spacious living / dining room, to its kitchen and its fabulous terrace, all located on one floor, will make you fall in love with it, as soon as you set foot inside.  Although you may not even need to enter it, because if we talk about the urbanization this is not far behind: indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and a gym overlooking the aforementioned; that boredom is not even an option!

On the other hand, the location is another of its strengths, and it is an idyllic place if you want to enjoy all the luxury of the Costa del Sol.  Just a few meters from Hacienda Beach and Playa del Cristo.  If you feel like sailing on the Alboran Sea, very close to the house is the Marina Marina de Estepona and if you prefer to enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine there are several restaurants and beach bars in the area, such as the restaurant El Galleon or beach bars Paco, Paraiso Del Mar ar or La Escollera.  

91 m² are the dimensions of the only floor of this house, where you can find living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one of them en suite, two bathrooms and a large terrace.  

The living room stands out for its beautiful decoration, its spaciousness and its natural light, due to the large amount of sunlight that enters it, which is why it is ideal to have a dining table for six people.  As well as for its two sofas, its golden central table, located on a large carpet in brown and blue tones, and its fabulous smart TV with access to international channels.  In addition to having a direct link to a fully equipped kitchen, with all kinds of culinary instruments and basic kitchenware.

The terrace is another of the strong points of this apartment.  It can be accessed through the two rooms described above: the living room and the kitchen, respectively.  This is an exceptional area in which to enjoy a drink with friends or family, using the smaller table, which is accompanied by three armchairs with cushions, or even a meal, using the larger table, with excellent views of the sea coast.  

Finally, we have the two bedrooms, the master bedroom, en suite and with a double bed, and the guest bedroom, with two single beds; plus an extra bathroom.  

As extras mention a WIFI that is available throughout the property, an alarm and a surveillance camera, installed in the urbanization, which will allow you to be always safe, and access to bed linen and towels, because yes, we are very concerned about your comfort and welfare.  As well as the garage space, in case you come with your own vehicle.  that parking is not a problem to visit the different, and beautiful, municipalities that make up our beloved Costa del Sol.
