The villa offers plenty of space and privacy and is perfectly adapted to accommodate up to 12 people.  The villa is divided into 3 floors, the first floor consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 of them in the master bedrooms with own bathroom, the living room and the kitchen.

The second floor offers a suite with its own kitchen, large terrace with sea views and bathroom.  Additional on the second floor is the fifth bedroom plus another bathroom.

The second floor comprises another master suite with stunning 180 degree ocean views and also own kitchen, bathroom and dressing room.  The house is connected via interior stairs and exterior stairs.

The measurements of the private heated pool, which the property has, are 5 m wide and 10 m long, the depth is between 1.70 ma 2.20 m.

In addition, the villa has a private parking with space for up to 3 cars.

In the basement of the villa there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Bath towels and bed linen are included in the rental price and will be at your vacation home upon arrival.
