We want to welcome you to our fantastic apartment in Elviria Hills, Marbella.  Just 5 minutes by car from beaches, restaurants and all kinds of services.

This beautiful apartment is distributed in 140 m² with the best comfort.  It has been fully furnished and has been provided with bed linen and bath towels so that you do not lack for anything.

The open-plan living room has been decorated with the comfort of our clients in mind, with a chaise longue sofa with plenty of space and a magnificent plasma smart TV with internet and platforms such as Netflix or HBO.  You won't want to move from the living room! And to enjoy the best meals you have a table with chairs for six people.

As we know that cooking is essential, the kitchen has been fully equipped with top-quality appliances from the Bosch brand: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.  We also provide all the kitchenware, cutlery, crockery, glassware, etc.  At the end of the kitchen you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom with en-suite and access to the terrace has been furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables with their respective lamps and a half-length mirror; the bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating.

The second bedroom consists of a king size Boxspring bed and a beautiful rear terrace with views of the mountains.

The third bedroom with a large window to the southeast has been furnished with a double bed.

The second bathroom also with underfloor heating is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning, central heating and a parking space.

The main south facing terrace can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and Marbella.  For you to enjoy the best evenings with friends and family, an outdoor table and chairs have been provided.

The urban complex has its own golf course, two communal swimming pools, garden areas and a center with a gym, tennis court, sauna, massage room and the renowned El Lago restaurant, which at dinner becomes a Michelin star restaurant.  .
