In the resplendent Bahía de Marbella, we present to you the vacation paradise of your dreams, a sophisticated 377m² home, just a few steps from Los Monteros beach.  Surrounded by white sands and turquoise blue waters, this house is a perfect setting for relaxing and fun-filled days for the whole family.  The Alicate and Real de Zaragoza beaches are also within reach, providing even more options to enjoy the sun and the sea.

The interior of the property is a testimony of comfort and modernity.  The spacious and bright living-dining room opens onto one of the two terraces through a sliding glass door, filling the space with natural light.  The fireplace, the three sofas, the smart TV and a table for 10 people create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or quiet nights.

The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, double sink, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.  The laundry area is conveniently accessible from here.

The property has four bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, access to the upper terrace and an ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink; a bedroom with two single beds; another with two single beds, access to two terraces and a private bathroom with bathtub and double sink; and a fourth bedroom with a double bed, which is connected to the main bedroom.

On the ground floor there is a toilet and a bathroom with a double sink and a shower.

The terraces are fascinating spaces by themselves.  The ground floor terrace includes a dining area, a chill out space and offers direct access to the pool.  The second terrace, located on the top floor, offers spectacular views of the sea and the pool, a relaxation corner and sun loungers for sunbathing.

The house also has air conditioning, internet, bed linen, towels, and three parking spaces.  Residents can enjoy two community pools and extensive gardens with sun loungers and parasols.

For golfers, the property is close to the renowned courses of Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf Country Club.  And if you feel like enjoying the local gastronomy, restaurants and beach bars such as Trocadero Arena, Nosso Summer, La Cabanne, Luuma and Mangaleta are just around the corner.  With Aldi just a short walk away and Carrefour a five-minute drive away, your shopping needs are covered.
