The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms.  On the ground floor 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning and 1 guest toilet.  Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed.  The fourth bedroom, with two single beds, is located upstairs in a tower and has a private outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and garden, from where you can admire the famous La Concha mountain.  Back to the ground floor, we enter to lounge, dining room, with TV with international channels and Wifi, living room, kitchen, laundry room and private covered garage for two cars.

At the entrance, we find a pleasant porch with large glass windows overlooking the pool and garden, which has the attraction of a built-in barbecue.

The villa is surrounded by 3 gardens planted with Mediterranean species, with different atmospheres and sculptures that blend into the landscape.
