Wow, this townhouse sounds amazing! It seems like the perfect vacation rental for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Costa del Sol.  The fact that it has been fully renovated and refurbished to the highest standard in 2022 is definitely a plus.  

I love that it has an open living space area and 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a guest toilet for added convenience.  The alarm system and brand-new AC in each room are also great features.

The ground floor garden and rooftop terrace both sound like beautiful spots to relax and enjoy the warm Spanish sun, with the added bonus of stunning views from the rooftop terrace.  The Weber BBQ grill is also a nice touch.

Access to the communal swimming pool, paddle courts, tennis court, and children's play area is definitely a plus, and the location of the townhouse is unbeatable with Puerto Banus and Marbella town just a short drive away.  The fact that it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach and the Diana Center, where there are many restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, is also very convenient.

Overall, this townhouse seems like a great vacation rental option for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the Costa del Sol.
