The developer is in the process of obtaining an energy efficiency certification with the building standard BREEAM, which aims to improve the level of building sustainability by promoting the best practices using the latest building technologies on the market.  As Real de La Quinta, was the first urban development project in Spain certified by BREEAM the aim is to continue this success into this new project.
