The villa is spread over three levels, each equipped with underfloor heating, including the bathrooms, to provide warmth and comfort during the colder days.

The main floor comprises a spacious entrance hall, a generous living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a large porch/terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun or dine al fresco on warm summer days.

The first floor accommodates two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and access to individual terraces with beautiful partial sea views.

One of the bedrooms also has access to the rooftop terrace/solarium.

The ground floor offers various storage areas, a laundry room, a garage with space for at least three cars, a walk-in closet, a guest toilet, and a separate guest apartment with its own entrance from the outside.  This guest apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area.

The living room has connections ready for the installation of a kitchen if desired.

Every room in the house is equipped with individual air conditioning units.

All windows in the house are vandal-resistant, and the kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a gas stove.
