Impressive Andalusian style villa, originally built in 1970, purchased by the present owners in 1994 and completely renovated and extended in 2004.  It includes three separate buildings, each fully equipped with kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms.  Ideal for a family that likes to keep their personal privacy.

World famous Bali-Australian architect Made Viyaya was involved with the new floor plans algo in the installation of outdoor lamps designed by him from his factory in Indonesia.

The garden is full of beautiful roses in different colors and has three large lampposts from the renovation of King Sauds Palace in Jeddah around the magical and different heated pool.  All bedrooms have direct access to this beautiful garden.

This villa is composed inside of many special antiques from the renovation of properties from different parts of the world, such as its doors from Bali, France, Spain, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia.  Floorboards, a wooden spiral staircase, bar furniture and a Scandinavian tiled stove were specially brought from Sweden.

The entire garden, the driveway and the outer turn of the garage, where the two fountains and the garden patio are, are made stone by stone from the sea.

A notable detail is the 40-meter long balustrade brought from Bali made of lava stones that is usually filled with white roses throughout the spring and summer time.

In the area below, there is a gym with a bathroom, a wine cellar and a huge storage room where you can store everything you don't want to have at home.
