There is air-conditioning/heating throughout & also a working log fire for those winter evenings.  There are 3 large terraces & a private garden.  There are additional dining facilities for up to 8 people on the ground floor terrace & the other terraces are furnished with sun loungers &/or table & chairs.  

The master bedroom has a king size bed & en-suite bathroom with a large round bath inc.  shower, bidet, toilet & twin basins.  There are two twin bedded rooms both with en-suite bathrooms incorporating bath/shower, bidet, toilet & basin.  The fourth bedroom is smaller & has full size bunk beds, with en-suite shower room inc.  toilet & basin.  This room is more suitable for children, teenagers or for a nanny.

There are three large terraces and a private garden.  There are sun loungers on the terraces and sun loungers for use by the pool.  The swimming pool is extremely quiet, even in August, most of the time you will find yourself the only one there! The pool is 'Lagoon' style, with a shallow 'beach' area, ideal for small children.

On the Master terrace there is a simple outdoor shower, perfect to cool off when sunbathing.  

There is also a gas barbecue on the Ground Floor terrace.
