This restaurant is an established al fresco luxury restaurant concept on the Costa Del Sol which is operational since 2020.

The concept consists out of two area's; you can nourish in the restaurant area and savor the unique and romantic setting or you can fancy one of the signature cocktails in our lush loungebar.

The conditions are as followed:

- 3 months deposit

- 6.500/month

- concept and name can be changed upon request

The concept is also for sale to interested investors for a price of 980.000 euro.  this holds 7 locals together with 350 m² of terraces for capacity of 160 people.  

the total concept consists of 3 area's, 2 areas completely renovated and operational and a 3rd which can be refurbishment to a inside restaurant with a concept to your liking.
