The house has extras such as air conditioning hot/cold, wifi and parking space.

The location is perfect, only 10 minutes drive from Marbella and 15 minutes from Puerto Banus.

Costabella is famous for its fantastic and chic beach restaurants and beaches, which are very close to the house, as well as supermarkets, shops and golf courses.
