A beautiful Andalucian dream holiday home.  This wonderful house is located in the colourful village of La Heredia which has won many Architectural and Lifestyle awards.  The rooms in the house have spectacular uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean sea to the Moroccan coastline and the Rock of Gibraltar.  The house has been built to the highest of standards with beamed vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors.

The house boasts a large dining kitchen, lounge with vaulted ceiling and fireplace.   There are four bedrooms, one with king bed, two with double beds and one with two single beds.

A private plunge pool and 2 fabulous panoramic terraces offer both sun and shade.   Additionally, there are two communal pools, one of which is heated in winter.

The house is just a short walk from the local Bar, Restaurant, butchers and bakery/deli.

The Urbanisation of La Heredia is popular with year round residents and holiday makers alike.  In addition to the amenities offered in the community, there is 24 hour security in this gated Urbanisation.

The beautiful Pueblo of La Heredia is just a few minutes drive to San Pedro, Benahavis, Puerto Banus and Marbella.  It is an ideal location for discovering the many tourist delights of Andalucia, including Ski-ing in Sierra Nevada.  There are numerous golf course within a short drive, including Los Arqueros and La Quinta.

From the house you can reach Malaga or Gibraltar airports in 45 minutes via the autopista (AP7), making this a very accessible location
