Beautiful cortijo style villa, all on one level, located in a quiet residential corner of lower Riviera del Sol - just 5 minutes walk away from bars, supermarkets and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.   Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 persons.   The master bedroom has a king size bed, doors opening to the central patio, dressing area and fabulous marble bathroom with separate bath and shower.   The second bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom with an open wet room style shower.   The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a further single bed with extra pull out mattress (sleeps total 4).   The beautiful fitted kitchen is has all the equipment you can think of including a small seating area, kettle, toaster, large range-style gas hob and grill, triple oven and the utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, extra fridge and microwave.   From the kitchen there is a serving hatch opening to the large dining room/lounge, with an 8-seater dining table, several comfortable armchairs, sofa and satellite and smart TV with a wide selection of international channels (including UK, German, scandi),DVD player.   There are also patio doors which open directly out to the pool and garden from which there are sea views.   To one side there is a lovely terrace with outside dining table and barbecue grill area and on the other a chillout area with sun shade.   The villa is securely gated and there is private parking for one car as well as easy street parking.   Please note that there are 18 steps to reach this villa.

As this villa is the owner's holiday home also, it is equipped with lots of small details not usually found in holiday villas - it is especially good for families with children.
