The west facing aspect of the property is superb for taking in the afternoon rays all year round.  The split level lounge leads directly onto the terrace and overlooks the gardens, it is a wonderful sun trap for enjoying dining Al Fresco or sipping something cold, a couple of steps leads you down to the manicured gardens and to the free to form swimming pool.   The television systems comprises of UK and Spanish channels.

The famous Puerto Banus is less than a ten minute drive, San Pedro de Alcantara with its superb promenade is less than five minutes.  Marbella is just a fifteen minute car drive away.
