Welcome to our Mesas Homes apartment, an idyllic place to enjoy all the luxury of the Costa del Sol.  Just a few meters from Playa Beach and Playa del Cristo.  If you feel like sailing through the Alboran Sea, the Estepona Marina is very close to the house and if you prefer to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine there are several restaurants and beach bars in the area such as El Galeón Restaurant, Paco beach bar, Paraíso del Mar or The Escollera.

The house is made up of one floor and is made up of a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and garden.

The spacious and bright living room has been decorated with a chaise longue sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a smart TV; the dining room has a wooden table with capacity for 6 people.  The open plan kitchen has all the appliances and kitchenware for day to day use, refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cutlery, cookware and table linen.

The main bedroom is en suite, it has a dressing room and direct access to the garden, it has been equipped with a double bed.  The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink.

The guest bedroom has been provided with two single beds and has a built-in wardrobe.  The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The terrace is covered and has been decorated with two rooms, one for chill out and the other as a dining area.  In addition to the terrace there is a beautiful garden where you can sunbathe and best of all are the impressive views of the sea in the background.

Our property has air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen, towels and a garage.

The urbanization has an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children, loungers for sunbathing, a huge garden and a gym with numerous exercise machines and dumbbells.
