The American style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.  You will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.  From the living-dining room, you will have access to a covered terrace with a cozy chill-out area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.  It also has a second larger and sunny terrace with an outdoor dining table for 2 people.  

The house has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, guaranteeing a good night's rest.  The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

In addition, you can usually find free parking on the street (with a little more complication in high season).  

In addition to the comforts of home, their location is truly remarkable.  They are close to both the center of Marbella and Puerto Banus, just 7 minutes drive from the center of Marbella and approximately 40 minutes from Malaga airport.  If you wish to enjoy the sea and the beach, you will be delighted to know that Riosequillo beach is only 700 meters away.  You will also be able to explore other nearby beaches, such as the Tomatitos beach and the Real de Zaragoza beach.

In the Costabella area, you will find a wide selection of popular beach bars and beach clubs, such as Sirokko Beach, Chiri Marbella and Da Sergio.  Here you can enjoy delicious food and pleasant days at the beach.
