The complex is located in the famous Costabella area, known for its good beach restaurants and sandy beaches.

The complex has several outdoor swimming pools and even a tennis court.  You can walk through the nice garden of the urbanisation directly to the beach.  Directly on the beach you have 2 nice beach restaurants.  On the right you have "Miguel y Maria, Da Sergio", a mix of Italian and Spanish food.  On the left you have "Fernando y Encarni" a typical Spanish restaurant also very nice together!

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.  Both bathrooms are equipped with a modern shower.  The flat is fully equipped and ready to move in.  It has air conditioning in all rooms.

At the entrance you have the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc.

The living room with direct access to the terrace has a large sofa with enough space for a relaxing evening.  The terrace also has a sitting area with a sofa and a dining table.

From the spacious terrace you have a nice view over the well-kept gardens of the community.

Furthermore, included in the rent is a garage parking space directly underneath the building.
