Welcome to Luxury golf retreat, our luxury townhouse directly at the golf course of la Cala, only 5 min drive from the golf club in la Cala golf and 10 min drive from to the cost from la Cala de Mijas.

Available in January and March for 1.200 € / Month + electricity + final cleaning.

This luxury decorated Townhouse is located in Monte alto, in the beautiful mountains of la Cala golf, next to many golf courses, but not too far from the cost.  In only 10 min drive you are in la Cala de Mijas, where you find many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The house is built on 3 levels, in the entrance level you will find the fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, a guest toilet and the beautiful terrace with private garden and spectacular views to the mountain.

On the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms with the bathrooms en-suite, both bedrooms have Kingsize beds (180x200m).  The bed in the master bedroom is an Electric bed.  Also the master bedroom has a private terrace with beautiful views to the mountain.

The bathroom in the main bedroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower glass, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.

The bathroom in the second bedroom has a walk in shower, a sink and a toilet.

We also provide linen and towels for all the bedrooms so you only need to bring your personal items to our townhouse in la Cala golf.

The townhouse is fully air-conditioned you have two individual units, one for the living- dining area and kitchen and one for the bedrooms so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air condition individually.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a smart TV with international TV channels (Hotbird Sat), also there is WIFI available in each room.  The direct access from the living room to the terrace with a outside table with 6 chairs and the private garden, with a lot of privacy,  makes you feel like in detached house.

The dinning room is equipped with a glass table with 6 chairs and is connected through a window bar to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, microwave and is also fully equipped with all kinds of kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, glasses of wine and champagne glasses, etc. 

The garage is in the basement, where you have a private access though the stairs, directly from the house. 

Guest access

The residential community of Monte Alto has one big community pool with sun beds, also there is a pool for kids.  So you can enjoy your relaxing summer holiday in the sun of the Costa del Sol.  The outside areas a very nice and well maintained .  The guest have unrestricted access to all the facilities of the community.
