This property is a well maintained high standard area and it's a quiet family oriented place where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings.  It's not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party.  This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses.  Parties are not allowed, play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00.  For security reasons the villa is provided with cameras on the patio area, and on the windows and doors there are manual alarms.

This partly renovated villa on 300 m² with 1000 m² garden area is a perfect place for families with kids or the ones who want privacy and tranquillity.  Also good for people who wants to play golf around the great Costa del Sol.

It's a nice open planning with kitchen and living-room connected with each other.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need for a holiday stay and has wifi controlled appliances.  There is a spacious cooking-island in the middle to gather around while cooking.  You'll have dining tables both inside and outside.  The terrace has a great look out on the pool and also on the amazing Concha.

Living room has a flat screen/ smart tv and spacious couches, the villa is provided with wifi and central air conditioning.  It is also provided with washing machine.

This garden is the perfect place to either take a swim in the big pool, having bbq or just rest in one of the sunbeds.

*1.3 km to El Alicante beach 1.5 km to Bahia de Marbella beach.  Nearest airport is Malaga airport 40 min drive.  With 6 minutes drive you'll reach both Nikki Beach and Opium beach club.
