We want to show you a house with all the potential as a vacation home and a long-term rental home.

Costabella, just 150 m from the beach and 10 minutes by car from Marbella and 15 minutes by car from Puerto Banús.

The house is located in Costabella just 150 m from the beach and is close to many golf courses.  Costabella is known for its fantastic chiringuitos and beach clubs, and you will also find two supermarkets just a 7-minute walk away.

The house has been built on 3 levels and is facing south perfect to take advantage of the sun all day.

On the main level is the living room decorated with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a smart plasma TV with international channels in all languages.  The dining room has been decorated with a circular glass table and four chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a refrigerator, a multifunctional oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a water boiler.  It has also been equipped with kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

And the master bedroom suite equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet.  The room has been furnished with a double bed.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes.  The third bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.  The shared bathrooms have a bathtub, toilet and sink.

On the third floor there is a nice and cozy terrace with beautiful sea views decorated with a small table with two chairs.

For the comfort of our tenants we supply bed linen and bath towels.  The house has high speed WIFI.

From the kitchen you can access the huge terrace that has been decorated with an outdoor table with 8 chairs, to enjoy beautiful evenings with family and friends.

The house is fully air-conditioned so you can adapt both the heating and the air in each room.

Also included in the rent is 2 parking spaces directly in front of the building.

The urbanization has an outdoor pool to enjoy the sunny days of the Costa del Sol.
