The townhouse is nestled in a small row of 12 houses along a cobbled traffic-free street in Benamara Gardens between San Pedro De Alcantara and Estepona.  The accommodation affords easy access to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Benahavis and Fuengirola.  The house is within two minutes walking distance from Santa Marta Beach.

The house has two bedrooms, both with double bedrooms and generous storage space (one with en-suite bathroom) and a further bathroom with shower.  Both bedrooms have balconies, the one to the front of the house overlooking a picturesque courtyard and the balcony to the back overlooking the garden - and from which you can see and hear the sea.

Downstairs, there is a large living/dining room (with a sofa-bed), well-stocked kitchen and cloakroom (wc).

NO PETS ALLOWED.
